Individuals going through emotional or mental health issues, teens facing challenges, parents for guidance and advice, and those seeking support in their self-healing journey. We also help early career psychologists with mentorship and supervision.

Is there a difference between counselling & therapy?

Counselling involves giving client a space to share their present life issues, and helping them reach solutions to deal with the problem or challenge at hand. Therapy, on the other hand, is intensive work. Therapy setting, endeavours to understand a client keeping in view their upbringing, traumas, socio-cultural factors, their dreams, aspirations, everything and not just their present situation.

What are signs that I need counseling or therapy?

Signs could involve frequent low mood, irritation, or a general dissatisfaction with life. Restlessness, anxiety, self-doubts, difficulty in navigating through relationships, work-related stressors, etc. could be other reasons to seek counselling or therapy.

What types of therapy approaches do you use?

We use an eclectic approach, with a particular emphasis on Inner Child Healing, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches.

What is the duration and frequency of counseling/therapy sessions?

Each session lasts for 35-45 minutes. Frequency of sessions depends on the client’s needs.

We are not a crisis intervention center & therefore do not provide emergency services. Services are rendered only during the scheduled sessions. For any emergencies, please go to the nearest hospital.
